Andrew is the best.  He patiently worked with us for 9 months to find us a home.  We were constantly traveling and he always kept in touch and responded rapidly.  He is very knowledgeable about the Columbia area and gave us great recommendations.   He negotiated us a great deal and got the seller to pay all of the closing costs.  I highly recommend Andrew to anyone looking for a home in SC.  I now consider him a friend, not just my realtor.
