Joey Menendez
Associate Agent, REALTOR®

With 23 years of distinguished service in the United States Air Force, I have developed a strong foundation in problem-solving, leadership, and client-focused service. My transition to real estate allows me to continue helping others while applying the invaluable skills I gained during my military career. Having moved frequently, I understand the complexities and challenges of buying or selling a home. I am committed to making this process as smooth, rewarding, and stress-free as possible for my clients.

The Air Force instilled in me the importance of remaining calm under pressure, managing complex situations, and always putting people first—principles I carry into my real estate career. I take pride in listening to my clients, fully understanding their unique needs, and delivering results they can trust. While I am highly skilled in the logistics of real estate, my true passion lies in forming meaningful relationships and providing a personalized experience.

I live in Lugoff, South Carolina, with my wife, Allison, and our four children. After 16 years as a special needs educator, Allison made the transition into real estate. While we work separately, we both share a dedication to providing exceptional service, with a focus on care, professionalism, and integrity in all our client interactions.

Outside of real estate, I enjoy spending time with my family, traveling, and honing my skills as a BBQ enthusiast. If you share an interest in BBQ, we’ll have plenty of topics to discuss.

Real estate is not just a career for me—it is an opportunity to guide clients through important milestones and help them achieve their homeownership goals. Whether you're relocating, upgrading, or simply exploring your options, I would be honored to assist you in finding the perfect home.
