Once a year the Building Industry Association of Central South Carolina puts on their annual "Tour of Homes" where 9 local, regional and national builders host open houses for the first three weekends of June. All of their designated homesites will be open 11am-6pm on Saturdays and 1pm-6pm on Sundays. For more information
