ABOUT THE AREA

Five Forks, SC is located at the intersection of Woodruff Road, Batesville, Scuffleton, and Bennetts Bridge. While it started off as a rural community, Greenville's massive expansion in the 1990s helped the area to become more urbanized. 

This urban development in Five Forks has also brought along great restaurants and local pubs. One of our favorites is Sidewall Pizza which has an amazing Hawaiian Pizza as well as a community fund where they donate a portion of each sale to the local community. Another staple to the area is the HabiTap which not only has a full bar, craft beer, and amazing food, but they also have activities to keep your kids entertained. Lastly, if you're looking for a great local brewery then you have to check out Five Forks Brewing for great seasonal beers and IPAs. Also located within the area is Woodruff Road which is where you'll find some of the best commercial shopping in all of the Upstate. 

Five Forks has become a popular move-to spot in the Upstate. One reason the area is so desirable is because of its close proximity to both Simpsonville and Downtown Greenville. It's also full of neighborhoods, some being the most expensive in the area. So if you're looking a place to call home with larger lots, a community feel, and within a close proximity to popular spots then you need to check out Five Forks.
