Selling a home isn't easy. It's all about knowing who your potential buyer could be and trying to do marketing concepts that will help them find it. When I got in the business real estate wasn't as "noisy" as it is today. The MLS was in a book, cell phones were out, but not what they are today, and the internet was gaining speed. Now you have to be where ever your buyer is looking. We pride ourselves on being on the forefront of the real estate marketing game. Here are some features you need to make sure your REALTOR is doing to best position and sell your home.

Virtual Reality

Long gone are the days of looking at photos as the slide across your screen and calling it a "virtual tour".  The game has changed, and virtual reality is the new way to look at houses. Imagine you are out of state and you are moving to South Carolina in two months. But you have to continue working where you are currently, and where you are wanting to move, houses are selling faster than you can book plane tickets. That stinks. But imagine you could throw on a pair of VR goggles and walk thru it from the chair at your desk. Now that is powerful.

Video Tours

Sure photos are a good place to start, and virtual tours allow you to walk thru the home when you want and where you want.  But how do you capture how it feels like to live in a home? Video.

Photos

It all starts with photos. If your photos are dark, rainy or un-inviting, then that is how the consumer will feel. And guess what they just pass it right over. Your photos have to be professional, wide angles, bright lights and the house looking right. Don't underestimate the importance of photos.

Interactive Floor Plans

Just looking at photos or videos doesn't really help you understand the flow of the house, especially if you are like me and have a challenged internal directional system. So we produce in-depth, high res floor plans and doll house views to help the consumer remember the flow of your home.
