They use a rare in-house dry-aging process, making it Gatlinburg's premier steakhouse. But the menu itself remains diverse and unique, as created by their well-versed staff of chefs. If your tastebuds are calling for something other than steak, The Greenbrier also specializes in fresh seafood, duck breast, crab cakes, and so much more to make your mouth water. 

There's more to The Greenbrier, than a mere restaurant. Locals call it a "food and spirit outpost" because it's also home to the Greenbrier Whiskey Society and Greenbier Women of Wine. Each month Greenbrier Restaurant hosts a gathering of the Whiskey Society, offering top-shelf selections and legacy brands. Plus, on the first Thursday of each month, The Greenbrier hosts Women of Wine event to connect over a shared love of good wine and good company.

The staff is dedicated to providing the highest quality food and service, and it shows. Just keep in mind because the restaurant is highly sought-after, it's recommended that you plan ahead and book a reservation.
