The Village Green park is a family favorite of ours! This 13 acre public park is heart of Cashiers at the junction of Hwy 64 and Hwy 107. However it can be a little hard to find if you aren't looking.
The Village Green park is known for several unique things, here are a few of my favorite:

Village Play

My kids absolutely love this part of the park. This masterfully crafted play place has different "zones" depending on the age of the children. My kids personally love the classics: monkey bars, swings, tire swings, slides and and climbing structures.

Kara Leigh Pulley Park

When it's time to eat lunch, we always end up over at the picnic shelters that provide a great respite from the sun. And if you are feeling fancy there are charcoal grills for you to grill on.

The Village Commons Amphitheater and Lawn

The Village Green, typically, has over 80 events a year and a lot of them are held at the The Village Commons Amphitheater. It's one of the most unique amphitheaters you will ever attend, so if you have the chance to catch a concert you should definitely make the time.

The Village Green Boardwalk and Wetlands Area

My children also adore this part of the park! It's an adventure every time we go. From the marshy wetlands to the butterfly garden, it's absolutely a beautiful addition to the park.
